These terms govern your use of Fishinary, operated by AnyLuck LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Fishinary.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Fishinary. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information when signing up, and tell us promptly at support@fishinary.com if you believe your account has been compromised. One person may not maintain multiple accounts to gain an advantage in rankings or rewards.
You keep ownership of the photos and information you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve Fishinary — including sending photos to our automated species-identification provider, and displaying your content to other users according to the sharing settings you choose.
You confirm that you own or have permission to upload what you submit, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already distributed to other users under your sharing settings and copies retained in routine backups until purged.

Fishinary uses automated analysis to assess submitted photos. Submissions may be accepted, flagged, or rejected. Flagged catches remain in your log but may be excluded from rankings. If a submission is rejected and you believe that was a mistake, you may appeal it in the app.
We may review reported content, remove content that violates these terms, and suspend or terminate accounts for repeated or serious violations. Reports are confidential and are not disclosed to the reported user.
Coins, experience, levels, badges, titles, callsigns, and other in-app items are a limited license to use digital content within Fishinary. They have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred or sold outside the app. We may adjust rewards, pricing, or availability, and unused items are forfeited when an account is closed. Any purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their refund policies.
Using Fishinary requires a subscription, billed by Apple or Google through your App Store or Google Play account. The plans, prices and any free trial are shown before you subscribe. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel, and a free trial becomes a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends.
You can cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription.
Fishinary is a logging and entertainment tool, not a source of legal or safety guidance. You are solely responsible for knowing and obeying all fishing regulations that apply to you — licensing, seasons, size and bag limits, protected species, and access rules — and for your own safety on or near the water. Species identifications, size estimates, and bite forecasts are automated estimates that may be wrong, and must never be relied on to determine whether a catch is legal.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Fishinary at any time. We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for data loss caused by events outside our reasonable control. Keep your own copies of photos that matter to you.
You may stop using Fishinary and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other users or for us.
Fishinary is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnyLuck LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to Fishinary will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars.
You agree to indemnify AnyLuck LLC against claims arising from your content, your use of Fishinary, or your violation of these terms or of applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continuing to use Fishinary after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
